Misogi Training 12/30

I will be doing an Aikido misogi class with the kids on Friday 12/30. It's about clearing out the old and making room for the new... for the new year.

The children are invited to bring an empty cup, unbreakable type, to leave at the dojo for their own use. I'll be getting rid of most of the old cups.

There will be a short story about misogi, some cleaning and reorganizing of the dojo space, and ending with some misogi exercises.
